I live in Colorado and met Kathleen as a result of a search for a realtor to sell my mother's home in San Jose which was under probate. At the time, this seemed a very daunting enterprise. I did not know how I was going to get through the probate. After talking with several realtors, I decided on Kathleen Daniels. Kathleen was a breath of professionalism, knowledge and calm strength during this chaotic time in my life. There were unique aspects to the home which I thought were insurmountable and would impede the sale. Kathleen took it all in stride and got the house sold in a timely manner.
