This property, featuring 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, encompassing 1,658 square feet on a 7,800 sq. ft. lot, was initially listed in mid-December 2024 with a list price of $2,750,000. After 8 days on the market, the home went under contract, with the sale closing in early January 2025. The final sale price stood at $3,200,000. The MLS reports that 19 offers were received, and the purchase was made entirely in cash.

 

Lowest-Priced Home Sale in January 2025

The lowest-priced home sold in January 2025 was in San Jose, 95133. A 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium with a living space of 903 square feet, was listed in early November 2024. Initially priced at $485,000, it remained on the market for 51 days before going under contract. The final sale price was $405,000, and the transaction was completed with all cash.
