The sale closed in mid-July. The final sale price was $1,710,000. The home was listed by the Santa Clara County Public Guardian, subject to court approval, and overbid process.
The lowest-priced home sold in July 2024 was in San Jose 95127.
A 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,634 square feet on a 7,650 sq. ft. lot. It was listed in late May. The list price was $1,125,000. After 13 days on the market, it went under contract. The final sale price was $1,230,000. The buyer had conventional financing. MLS reports two offers were received.
