The sale closed in late October. The final sale price was $1,900,000. The home was marketed as a “Fixer” and “Contractor Special”. The sale required Court confirmation and was subject to the over-bid process. The MLS reports that 9 offers were received. The purchase was all cash – no loans.
The lowest-priced home sold in October 2024 was in San Jose 95130.
A 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,105 square feet. It was listed in early August. The list price was $729,000. After 14 days on the market, it went under contract. The final sale price was $680,000. The buyer had conventional financing.
