The highest price home sold was a single family home located in San Jose 95124. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, approximately 1,544 square feet of living space on a 7,557 square foot lot. The home was 60 years old.
The home listed on July 17, 2018. List price $1,000,000. On July 23, 2018, the MLS reported pending status. On September 10, 2018, it was reported sold. The final sales price reported was $1,237,000. The buyer had private financing.
The lowest price home sold was a single-family home in San Jose 95111. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and approximately 1,200 square feet of living space and a 5,000 square foot lot. The home first listed and went under contract on the same day, on September 21, 2017. The list price was $655,000.
