The lowest-priced home sold in April 2025 was in San Jose, 95127. A 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium with a living space of 777 square feet was listed in late January 2025. Initially priced at $399,950, it remained on the market for 45 days before going under contract. The final sale price was $388,000, and the transaction was completed with all cash.

Highest Priced Home Sale in April 2025
The highest-priced home sold in April 2025 was located in Palo Alto, 94301. This property, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1,049 square feet on an 8,040 square foot lot, was initially listed in mid-February 2025 with a list price of $2,225,000. After 43 days on the market, the home went under contract, with the sale closing on April 29, 2025. The final sale price was $2,855,000. The MLS reports the purchase was made entirely in cash.

This residence comprised four bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering 2,563 square feet of living space situated on a 6,000-square-foot lot. Listed in mid-March 2025, the property remained on the market for 55 days before entering into contract. The initial listing price was $1,599,888, and the home sold for $1,508,000. Per MLS records, the sale attracted three offers, with the buyer acquiring the property via a cash transaction, without financing.

Lowest-Priced Home Sale in February 2025
The lowest-priced probate home sold in May 2025 occurred in the City of Gilroy, ZIP code 95020. This property featured three bedrooms, one bathroom, and offered 1,464 square feet of living space situated on a 12,430 square foot lot. Originally listed in mid-February 2025 at $879,000, the home went under contract after 56 days and ultimately closed for $669,900. The sale was completed as an all-cash transaction, with no financing involved.
