MLS reports seven (7) offers were received. The buyer had conventional financing.
The lowest-priced home sold in April 2024 was in San Jose 95135.
A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,804 square feet condominium. It was listed in early January. The original list price was $988,000. After 40+ days on the market, it went under contract. The final sale price was $938,000. The buyer had conventional financing.

The lowest-priced home sold in June 2024 was in San Jose 95127.
A 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,154 square feet on a 7,000 square foot lot. The list price was $750,000. After 17 days on the market, it went under contract. The final sale price was $800,000. The MLS reports that 15 offers were received. It was an all-cash sale – no financing.
